Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 15:00 (3 PM CET) (Amsterdam time) on business days will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 15:00 or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Location
All standard orders are shipped from our Netherlands warehouse to ensure fast and efficient delivery across Europe.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
- Custom items (including personalized gear or limited releases) are shipped directly from Thailand via DHL.
- These shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
