Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 15:00 (3 PM CET – Amsterdam time) on business days will be processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 15:00, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Location
All standard orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands to ensure fast and efficient delivery across Europe, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days.
Custom Shorts & Import Duties
Custom shorts are shipped directly from Thailand via DHL.
These shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Switzerland are also subject to import duties and customs fees, regardless of the shipping origin. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.
If import duties are not paid and the parcel is refused or abandoned, the shipment will not be refunded.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Important Notes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details entered at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will require clear photos of both the product and the packaging in order to assess and resolve the issue.
In case of failed delivery due to the customer’s absence, refusal, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer remains responsible for the shipment. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
