Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 15:00 (3 PM CET) (Amsterdam time) on business days will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 15:00 or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Location
All standard orders are shipped from our Netherlands warehouse to ensure fast and efficient delivery across Europe, arriving 2-5 business days.
Custom and Made-to-Order Item
- Custom items (including personalized gear or limited releases) are shipped directly from Thailand via DHL.
- These shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Important Notes
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect details entered at checkout.
- Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will require clear photos of both the product and the packaging to initiate a resolution.
Returns & Exchanges
- All returns and exchanges must be sent back to our warehouse in Thailand.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for additional import taxes or shipping fees when sending back to Thailand
- If the item arrives defected, Fairtex will replace the item without charge.

Preparation and transportation policy from Thailand's warehouse
International parcels typically leave our facility within 1–2 business days and arrive in about 5–7 business days with DHL Express (occasional factors such as weather or customs inspection can add a short delay).
Return & exchange will be sent back to our Thailand warehouse only.
Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and they vary depending on your country’s regulations.
